Water-resistant sunscreen only
Only water-resistant sunscreen may be used in the pool area. No creams or lotions that aren’t water resistant, and absolutely no suntan oil. They clog the filters, break down the pool chemicals and can force the pool to close.
Two guests per apartment
Please bring no more than two guests per apartment.
No glass
Non-breakables like plastic water bottles and foam cups are fine. For everyone’s safety, glass containers are not allowed.
No horseplay or running
Horseplay and running aren’t allowed in the pool area.
Children under 12
Children under twelve must be accompanied by an adult.
Proper swimwear
Wear proper swimwear in the pool area. Toddlers must wear swim diapers. No regular diapers, please.
Keep the pool clear
Parents, please remind children not to throw rocks, mud or other objects into the pool. Debris damages the pump and filter and can close the pool.
No food
Food isn’t allowed in the pool area.
Pool hours
The pool is open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. No exceptions.
Furniture stays on the deck
Lounge chairs and tables are for sunning on the pool deck. Please keep them out of the pool.
Please help keep the pool open. If these rules are broken, the pool will be closed indefinitely. The pool is a convenience provided by management, so please don’t spoil it for other residents. Thank you for your cooperation, and have a great summer!
