No. There's no application fee with our company. Get the application.
How long is the lease?
We offer 12-month leases at all of our properties. Call the office for current short-term lease availability and pricing.
Do you have a military clause?
Yes, there's a military clause built into our lease. Please contact the office for full details.
Do you allow pets?
We consider up to two pets per home at some of our properties, with approval from office management. See the pet policy for which properties allow pets and what's required.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit equals one month's rent. There's an additional deposit if you have an approved pet.

What utilities do I have to pay?
It depends on the property. See amenities & utilities to find which utilities you'd be responsible for.
What school would my child(ren) attend?
Our properties are in different areas, so each one is served by different schools. To find out which school your child(ren) would attend, check with the school district.
Do you have a maintenance staff?
Yes. We have our own in-house maintenance staff. Just call the office to put in a work order. For after-hours emergencies, we have property managers and an emergency maintenance staff.
