IS THERE AN APPLICATION FEE?

     * There is NO APPLICATION FEE with our company.

HOW LONG IS THE LEASE?

     * We offer 12 month leases at all of our properties. Call our office for our current short-term lease availability and pricing.

DO YOU HAVE A MILITARY CLAUSE?

     * There is a military clause built into our lease. Please contact the office for full details.

DO WE ALLOW PETS?

     * We do consider one small pet at some of our properties upon approval from office management. For a full list of the properties we consider pets at and the requirements for a pet, please CLICK HERE.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

     * The deposit is equal to one months rent. There is an additional deposit if you have an approved pet.

     * We offer a wide range of properties with amenities to fit everyone’s needs.

WHAT SCHOOL WOULD MY CHILD(REN) ATTEND?

      * Since our properties are located in different areas, thereare different schools for each of our properties. To find out which school your child(ren) would attend please CLICK HERE.

DO YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE STAFF?

* Yes. We have our own in-house maintenance staff. All you have to do is call the office to put in a work order. For after hours emergencies, we have property managers and an emergency maintenance staff.
